The terms that govern purchases from Malicious Intentions.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Malicious Intentions may decline or cancel orders where stock, pricing or payment cannot be verified. You will always be refunded in full if we cancel.
Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address. In the rare case of a pricing error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
Payment
We accept online payment through our listed providers and cash on delivery where offered. Online payments are processed by the provider — we never see or store your card details.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law. Malicious Intentions's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
