Our 14-day returns policy.
The window
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached.
How to return
Email support@maliciousintentions.com with your order number and the items you are returning. We will confirm the return address and next steps within one business day.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Tell us in your return email and we will reserve the replacement while your return travels back.
